Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy (the "Agreement") governs your use of aaronthepoh.com and the services and products offered on it (the "Services"). The site is owned and operated by Aspen Strategy Group LLC ("ASG," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you accept this Agreement in full, along with any other policies published on the site, including our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Access and User Information

To purchase a product or engagement through the site, you may be asked to complete a form, application, or intake process with accurate personal and business information. You're responsible for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or a breach of security.

ASG may change, suspend, or discontinue any Service, product, fee, or term at any time, including limiting access to certain features without notice. By using the Services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), are legally permitted to use the site, and take full responsibility for how you use it. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law.

2. Modifications

We may update this Agreement, our fees, and our terms at any time. You're responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the changes.

3. Payments and Fees

By making a payment, you confirm you're legally entitled to use the payment method provided, and — for card payments — that you are the cardholder or have the cardholder's express permission.

We may decline to process a transaction, or decline service, for any reason at our discretion, and we are not liable for suspending a transaction after processing has begun.

Unless stated otherwise, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for all fees and any applicable taxes associated with the Services.

4. Payment Security

Payments on this site are processed through Stripe. Transactions are encrypted in transit, and we do not have access to or store your full card number on our own systems.

5. Refund Policy

Our approach to refunds varies by offering:

1:1 Coaching / Advisory Engagements

Note that engagements are non-refundable once work has begun.

Digital Products / Downloads / Templates

All sales final due to the instant, delivered nature of digital goods, or a short refund window.

Cohort Programs, Workshops, or Sponsorships

If a program, workshop, or sponsorship placement is tied to a fixed date or limited capacity, we generally do not offer refunds or rescheduling due to the operational and scheduling commitments involved.

General Refund Process

To request a refund on an eligible purchase, email aaron@aspenstrategygroup.com. Please allow at least five (5) business days from receipt of your request for us to process it. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. General

Nothing in this Agreement creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and ASG. You confirm you have the right to share any personal data you provide us in connection with this Agreement. If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. We may assign this Agreement upon notice to you. Headings are for convenience only. Our failure to act on a breach does not waive our right to act on future or similar breaches.
