4. How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with:
Service providers
Third-party platforms that help us run the Site and deliver the Services — for example, our website host and analytics provider (Vercel), our email, newsletter, and course platform (Kajabi), our scheduling tools, and our payment processor (Stripe). Each is only given the information needed to perform its function and is contractually required to protect it.
Legal disclosures
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aspen Strategy Group LLC, our clients, or the public.
Business transfers
If ASG is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We'll notify you if that happens.
5. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses only what's necessary to function and to measure aggregate traffic. Third-party tools we link to or embed (scheduling, payment, course platforms) may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

You additionally have the right to object to or restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal bases for processing are your consent and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Services.
